Returns, Shipping, Warranty & Terms

Returns

All return requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • New, unused, and unmounted
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Free of any marks, scratches, or signs of handling

Any item that has been mounted, installed, or used in any way will be automatically rejected without exception.

Whistler Wheels reserves the sole right to determine the condition and eligibility of all returned items.

Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved in writing by Whistler Wheels.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Whistler Wheels is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit. Customers assume all risk and are strongly advised to insure all return shipments.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a mandatory 15% restocking fee.

Additional fees may apply if returned items do not meet the required conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

All shipping damage or order discrepancies must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the outer box
  • Internal packaging
  • The product(s)

Failure to report within this timeframe, or failure to provide sufficient documentation, will result in automatic denial of the claim.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after returned items have been received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution. Whistler Wheels is not responsible for processing delays.
